Problems ordering your prescription online?
Use the SystmOnline Support Centre before you call us.
We are unable to take repeat prescription requests over the telephone as it blocks the lines for emergencies.
Patients on regular medication and approved for repeat prescriptions can use the repeat slip attached to their last prescription to re-order. Please tick the items required and drop it into the surgery.
Prescriptions can be collected from the surgery, Lloyds, Morrison’s or Verwood Pharmacy as arranged.
If you run out of regular medication over the weekend, please contact the pharmacy who will be able to issue an emergency supply, rather than contacting 111.
Please allow 2 working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and Bank Holidays into account
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
